Job Description: Busy North Central Florida automotive dealerships seek a Sales Manager to join our growing team. You must have a minimum 2-year proven record of outstanding results in this position. We need a top notch Sales Manager! We are looking for someone who knows the automotive business, how to desk deals and possesses subprime experience. If you have the drive, we have the vehicle! Staff Development: this position is responsible for personnel actions in the sales department including hiring, terminating, scheduling, promoting, cultivating, coaching, counseling, discipline, etc. . Running and managing the sales desk. . Working with customers, solidifying deals and providing expert solutions to the sales team . Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times .
